Yoga Classes We Offer
Yoga takes you into the present moment, the place where life exists.

Yoga Essential
The focus of this course is the accurate alignment of body parts. Analysing each body part without many flowing poses provides students enough time to understand the function of each pose and bone alignment. With detailed analysis of Standing, Seating and Back-Bending, students will achieve the preparation for the next yoga level. You will also learn about correct breathing techniques and yoga fundamentals as well.

Gentle Vinyasa & Deep Yin
A dynamic vinyasa practice focuses on moving the body together with the breath. The experience in this class is one of fluidity & motion, with an emphasis on the rhythm of the breath, which is necessary to align & focus the mind. Inversion poses will be encouraged and supported.
After the dynamic movements, a healing Yin yoga practice comes at end of this session. It helps students experience long held deep stretches and connect to the rhythm of the breath and cultivate a meditative mind.
Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to balance their strength and flexibility.

Ashtanga Basics
This course is the practice of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. Including Standing, Seating, Forward bends, Hip-opening, Twisting and Back bending. Accurately mastering the Ujjayi breathing technique within poses is the main focus of this course.
Suitable for new practitioners who want to increase their knowledge of the fundamental Ashtanga.
Keeping continuous practice, practitioners can improve their strength, endurance, and concentration.

Vinyasa Flow & Stretching
Vinyasa flow yoga is the combination of breathing and grounding movements. Vinyasa connects Asanas together as an elegant flow chain by breathing. Through Standing, Forward bends, Backbends, deep stretching and basic inversions, the students can feel the flowing of spirit which helps open the joints of the body. Gradually, students will cultivate the ability of concentration. Every single breath is a space of calmness.
This class is suitable for students with physical endurance & some yoga experience. Preparations for inversions & Level 2 postures may be introduced.

Advanced Power Vinyasa
This specialised class focuses on the practice of inversions. Strengthening and stabilising postures are practiced as a way to prepare the body for these poses and build its internal support. This class emphasises inversions, forearm balance and shoulder stands, as well as variations of these poses.
Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with a consistent practice who are comfortable being upside down.

Private Session is for anyone who wants to get more specific guidance; concentrated on individual body conditions to design a suitable practice.
